Once your request has been sent, the following will happen.

  2. New Service Order: The helpdesk dispatcher will review the request and create a new service order with a number that can be referenced. You will be notified via email that this service order has been scheduled, who the technician is, and what time it is scheduled for.
  3. Service Order Processing: The assigned technician will begin working on the issue at the scheduled time, and will contact you to discuss the issue via phone or email.
  4. Automatic Updates: The system automatically updates you, via email, on the progress or status of the work according to the workflow rules we have setup.
  5. Ticket Completion: When the ticket has been reviewed by the service manager and closed, you will be notified that it is completed and given a chance to provide comments.
